Browsing and hosting

Netlify hosts this website and its event-feed function. Web requests necessarily include technical information such as IP address, requested URL and browser headers; hosting and security systems may process logs. See Netlify’s privacy policy for its practices. No visitor analytics, advertising scripts, tracking pixels, account system or mailing list are enabled by this site.

Your shortlist

Filters and saved events remain in the current page’s memory. Public event identifiers are placed after the # in the page URL so you can copy or share a shortlist. That fragment is not sent with the website request. Anyone given the link can see the selected public events. No cookies, local storage or server account are used to save your choices. Browser history and any sharing service you choose may retain the link under their own settings.

Email and suggestions

If you email us, we receive your address, message and any details you choose to include. We use them to respond, verify submissions, correct listings or handle privacy requests. Submission contact details are removed 90 days after review. Public event facts and source links may remain published. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your submitted personal information.

Other websites

The gateway loads public provincial event data through its own server. Following a provincial, organizer, ferry or bridge link opens a separate website governed by its own privacy practices. We do not embed third-party maps, videos or social widgets. We will update this policy if the site’s data practices change.
